Lower Primary
(5 – 8 year olds)
At Drama Kids, our Lower Primary classes support children aged 5 to 8 to grow in confidence, communication, and creativity through structured, high-energy drama. Classes run in line with local school terms, typically around 12-week per term. Fees are paid per term, and children are welcome to join during any term.

Our Upper Primary programme encourages children to take ownership of their voice, creativity, and their role in a team. It’s where confidence moves from developing to thriving. Our classes run in line with local school terms, typically over 12 weeks. Fees are paid per term, and students are welcome to join at any point in the year.

Meet the team
Meet our Principal
Jane has been involved with theatre and drama for more than 40 years, ranging from school plays, youth theatre, professional school tours to amateur dramatics. When the opportunity arose to become part of the Drama Kids network, she grasped it with both hands.
Jane fell in love with drama from a very young age. She says:
“I caught the bug during drama lessons at school, did speech and drama exams, and then joined a club in the evenings. Drama is the most fun, and I have made many really good friends, but it is much more than that. It gave me confidence when meeting new people, and it helped me to stand up and present my ideas both at work and in social settings.
I am so proud of what we do at Drama Kids – giving the next generation the chance to find their own creativity, build their confidence and communication skills, and hopefully fill them with as much enthusiasm for it as I have.”

Hi I’m Helen Walls, as well as teaching for the Bromley Academy, I am a former franchisee and now the Drama Kids Franchise Development Manager where I oversee development of our curriculum, teacher training and additional activities. In my spare time I spend time with my family, whether outdoors, exploring new places, taking part in activities, or watching a show at the theatre. I also love curling up with a good book.
