Meet our Principal
Glyn Owen and Claire Keppie have run Drama Kids (formerly the Helen O’Grady Drama Academy) for over 20 years. We first met at East 15 Acting School in London and worked professionally in theatre, film, and TV before discovering our shared passion for teaching through Theatre in Education. Inspired by the confidence drama builds in young people, we returned to Edinburgh to open our own school. Since then, we’ve taught thousands of children in a fun, supportive environment where they grow in confidence and creativity. Our mission is simple: to help every child find their voice through the joy of drama.
