Hi there! My name is Alice, and I’m what you’d call a Drama Kids Alumni! I started in drama lessons in Kent 25 years ago, under Drama Kids’ previous name, Helen ‘O’ Grady. From the age of 4, I was the shy, quiet kid, hiding behind my mum’s leg. Now I am excited to be running my own franchise of Drama Kids in Mid Cheshire.

In between then and now, I studied Drama all throughout school, from GCSE to A-Level, all the way up to graduating from Bath Spa University with a BA Hons in Drama Studies. Alongside my Master’s in Creative Writing from Chester, my love for drama, writing, acting and directing has all tied in, throughout my life, with a passion for seeing kids succeed. I have worked with children from birth to 18 years old over the last 8 years, all whilst incorporating the skills I learned at Drama Kids, which have carried me through my success in life.

I would not be where I am today without the confidence, communication, and creativity that Drama Kids gave me at such a young age. Whether it was performing on a stage or simply presenting in front of class or a group of colleagues, the skills I learned were invaluable.

I look forward to passing on those skills and life lessons to a new generation, helping them thrive and become the best version of themselves!
