Hello and welcome to Drama Kids South Leeds!

I’m David Wilson, Principal of Drama Kids South Leeds, and I’m thrilled to have opened our first studio here in September 2025. As someone who grew up in South Leeds, it’s a real privilege to bring Drama Kids to the community I know and love.

My passion for drama began in childhood and led me to study Drama at the University of Huddersfield. Since 2013, I’ve taught in Leeds primary schools, using drama to spark learning and, most importantly, to build children’s confidence and creativity.

At Drama Kids we believe every child deserves the chance to shine, and I can’t wait to see our first Rothwell students grow into confident, resilient young people as part of our supportive family.
