Soft skills that last a lifetime

Our Programme

Children and young people attend weekly classes that follow a consistent format, so they know what’s coming next and feel able to take part. Teachers introduce new themes and activities each term, revisiting core skills in different ways so learning builds without repeating the same lesson. The level of challenge increases across age groups, so students can join at any stage and continue to develop year on year, with progress made visible through term-end sharing.

Our focus in class

In the drama classroom

In every class, learning is shaped through educational drama. Children and young people practise clear speech, active listening, and sharing ideas in front of others, without it feeling like “public speaking”. Students build physical and vocal communication (voice, body language and presence) alongside interpersonal skills, learning to collaborate and adapt in different situations. With so much communication happening through screens, Drama Kids Academy offers regular face-to-face practice in a supportive, real-world setting.

Specialist Curriculum

Skills for Life

Drama Kids Academy supports children and young people throughout their education and into adult life. Through educational drama, students build practical skills they use in everyday situations—speaking clearly, working with others, managing nerves, and expressing ideas with purpose.

These skills support learning, wellbeing and relationships over time. Strong face-to-face communication helps students contribute in class, collaborate in groups, and approach new challenges with greater independence. Whether it’s sharing ideas, handling feedback, or preparing for interviews and presentations later on, students leave with communication habits they can rely on.

Explore Our Classes

Drama Kids Academy uses educational drama to help children and young people build real-life skills; at their own pace, at every age.

4 to 8 Years

A playful introduction to educational drama. Children practise listening, turn-taking and clear speech through stories, movement and guided role play, developing focus, confidence and cooperation.

More structured storytelling and scene-building. Students develop clearer speaking, stronger listening and better collaboration by shaping ideas, building characters and working in small groups.
